You will be able to participate in shaping the future of Financial Services and work on complex and business critical strategy and transformation initiatives for the most important financial institutions and FinTechs in the Nordic marketplace.
As an employee of Cidestra, you will work closely with the partners and leadership group both on projects and business development processes as well as having an input into how Cidestra is shaped for the future.
You will control your own agenda, in a flat organisational structure, with a modern leadership approach leveraging collective intelligence, allowing for a strong team spirit and good development opportunities while attaining a healthy work/life balance.
- 3-15+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Project Management, Agile Product Owner or similar roles
- Experience in Business Design and Transformation
- Subject-matter knowledge and experience from the Financial Services Industry
- Proven background in business analysis, project management and/or management of agile development coupled with good analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Passion for innovation and disruption
- Good leadership, business development and change management skills
- Good communication skills - fluency in Swedish and English

Cidestra is a management consulting firm, focused on the financial services sector in the Nordics. Cidestra was founded in 2017 and has seen substantial growth on a year by year basis ever since. Today, Cidestra employs 16 consultants and aims to be around 20 consultants by the end of 2023.
